1. Cancellation Policy
  • Orders can only be canceled before they are processed for shipment.
  • Once the order is shipped, no cancellations will be accepted.
2. Refund Policy

We only offer refunds in the case of defective products:

  • A refund may be requested if the product is found to be defective upon delivery.
  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
3. Exceptions
  • Custom-built cabins or equipment are not eligible for returns or refunds unless they are faulty.
